Choosing a child care service is one of the biggest decisions a family makes, and it is not one that should be made from a website. We would much rather you came in and saw the centre for yourself.
What a tour involves
You will be shown through the centre by our director, not by a salesperson. It takes about twenty minutes. You will see the room your child would be in, meet the educators who work in it, look through the age-specific indoor and outdoor learning spaces and the kitchen, and ask us anything you would like to know. Please bring your child — we would rather see how they respond to the place.
What we will tell you honestly
- Whether we have a place available in your child’s age group, and when.
- What a day at Bright costs, and what the Child Care Subsidy is likely to mean for your family.
- What our National Quality Standard rating is and what the assessors said.
- If we are not the right fit for your child, we will tell you.
There is no obligation
A tour is a look, not a commitment. Most families visit three or four centres before they decide, and so they should.
