The owner, the chef, the director, and all the educators are truly amazing because they are exceptional. I can’t speak highly enough of the quality of care they provide. My Wife and I believe that this is one of the best centres when it comes to the educators and how they generally care for all children. The educators and staff are amazing at what they do, you truly feel they care and are very supportive. The most important thing to me is the culture and care and Bright excels in this. They are also genuinely good people and you feel you are part of a community. The centre has had a fantastic recent refresh and the facilities are great. You will find it is strong in communication with regular updates on activities, new initiatives and development updates on your children. I have the reassurance that both my sons and my daughter (to join next year) are in the capable and caring hands of those at Bright ELC Riverwood.

The ACECQA rating is old and not reflective of the current centre. It’s one of the best childcare centres in the area, and the number one reason is the staff. The educators truly care for your children, are very passionate in what they do and the most important thing is they consistently have the same educators, which is so crucial as you do not want your child to go to a place with high staff turnover. They tailor programs based on your child’s development and interests and are also focusing on early literacy, which appeals to me as someone who works in higher education. My child tells us all about the daily activities, is always happy here and has flourished. We still attend this daycare even though we have moved away. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for quality daycare in the Riverwood /Southwest area.

The teachers really go out of their way to help your child settle down. It’s just been 2 months for us . We already see improvements in our child’s personality . Highly recommend it to parents who are looking for a small / personalized care and gentle approach in general for their teaching methods. Our Lo is almost 2 We did our fair share of Centre visits and found them to be most supportive with food / sleep / engagement needs ( we are not followers  of sleep training  and this was very well accommodated with our requirements)

Highly recommend this daycare, both my kids have been attending the service since they were 6 months old. They are honestly such a professional group. I love how they treat my kids as their own, lots of cuddles, my girls just love it here. Highly recommended.
